Elemental

Elemental is a 2D Endless Runner for Android  created by Team Bork. Help Eli escape the mad scientists and cross the obstacles with his new acquired powers!

Story 

The story follows a 16-year-old girl, Eli, who was born into a poor family. Considering her father was a low-wage carpenter and her mother was just a nurse, living in the city of New York was not easy as one might think. Eli, just like any other teenager her age, had to get a job at the local grocery store just to get through her everyday expenses. One day, as she was walking home, she gets kidnapped by a bunch of men and from then on, her life was never the same. Her kidnappers sold her to an infamous mad scientist named Dr. Mentel. The doctor began to run experiments on Eli; her body was injected with liquid lightning, liquid fire, and liquid laser. Eventually, they tested out how these things affected a person. During their research, the group found out that she could now conjure a shield-like orb around her, each relating to a particular element they introduced inside her body. Using these abilities, she becomes immune to lightning, fire, and laser. One day, Eli gets loose and tries to break out of the facility. While escaping, she comes across obstacles that were deliberately placed to stop her from doing so. These barriers were made from elements she is immune from but unfortunately, the shields only stay for half a second. She has to time her orbs strategically to successfully escape the hands of the mad doctor.

Game Concept

Elemental is a 2D Endless Runner Game made on Unity. The Game is based on the story of a 16-year-old girl named Eli. The Objective of the Game is to escape from the scientists who had abducted and performed illegal experiments on her. She has to escape the facility, but the place is full of obstacles and machines that shoot out lasers, fire, and lightning. Luckily for Eli, the experiments now gave her the power to use lightning, fire, and laser shields which makes her immune to the said elements. Using these new abilities her goal is to escape the facility, but the powers come at a cost; the shields are only active for 0.5 seconds. Along the escape route, drug-induced Gems are scattered around. They can be collected to help Eli enhance her physical abilities and get her family out of poverty. 

Obstacles

Go past the following obstacles with its appropriate shield to survive for as long as possible.

Gems 

The more Gems collected, the faster Eli runs! These Gems have been induced with a drug that enhances physical abilities. Using these, Eli can successfully escape the scientists.
